The initial home design process begins by putting your ideas on paper. Together, we'll explore architectural styles, materials, spaces, your family's needs, and your budget to develop a clear vision for your new home. By the end of this phase, we'll have established the size, style, and overall direction of the design

During the Schematic Design Phase, we focus on each space and its relationship to one another, refining the floor plan so it functions as beautifully as it looks—form follows function. As the home's layout and architectural style take shape, the design becomes a cohesive reflection of your vision. By the end of this phase, you'll have a complete set of schematic drawings suitable for HOA review, Historical review, preliminary pricing, financing, and interviewing general contractors

Once we've finalized the schematic design, we move into the Construction Drawing Phase, where the details come together. During this phase, we coordinate closely with a structural engineer to ensure the home is both beautiful and structurally sound. Every aspect of the design is refined into a comprehensive set of construction documents. By the end of this phase, you'll have a complete set of permit-ready drawings for pricing, permitting, and construction
